Refund Policy

At Vector Solutions, our goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality software. If something doesn't work as expected, we're here to help. Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing.

2-Day Test Phase

We provide a free 2-day trial for all products so you can evaluate the software without risk. During this period:

You receive a temporary license key valid for 48 hours from activation
No upfront payment is required, just request it via email or discord
All features are unlocked, but usage is strictly limited to testing (no commercial or long-term use)
You can upgrade to a full license seamlessly or simply let the trial expire with no obligation

Any misuse (e.g. sharing the key or using it beyond testing purposes) will result in immediate blacklisting.

Refund Eligibility Lifetime License

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase in the following situations (excluding the test phase):

The software does not function as advertised (major bugs, crashes, fails to launch, etc.)
You contacted support, followed our troubleshooting steps, and the issue could still not be resolved
The license key was not used at all or was only briefly activated while the problem occurred

Important note on Lifetime Licenses:
Lifetime licenses grant perpetual usage rights for the purchased major version of the software, as long as the license is not revoked.
However, updates and technical support are realistically provided for a period of approximately 5 years from the date of purchase. After this time, you may continue using the software, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with future operating systems, game updates, anti-cheat systems, or provide further technical assistance.

If the software works as described and you simply changed your mind, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be given if:

You receive a ban or penalty in-game / on the platform
You misunderstood the product features or bought the wrong version
You attempt fraud, resell the key, or initiate a chargeback without contacting us first
The 14-day refund window has expired

Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be granted, even for lifetime licenses. The 2-day test phase does not count toward this 14-day window.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

Immediate revocation of your license (including lifetime licenses)
Permanent blacklist from all Vector Solutions products and future support
Reporting to the payment processor for suspected fraud
