These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vectorsolutions.cc (the "Website"), as well as the purchase and use of products, software, and services offered by Vector Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Website. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Eligibility and General Terms
You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent to use our services. By using the Website or our products, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Our services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, such as purchasing license keys or downloading software, you may need to create an account. During registration, you will provide accurate information, including a username and password.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
All activities occurring under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
3. Product Sales, Subscriptions, and License Keys
We offer software license keys on a subscription basis (daily, weekly, monthly, or lifetime). Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers under certain conditions).
Upon purchase:
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the subscribed period.
The license does not include rights to modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or sublicense the software.
Lifetime licenses are valid indefinitely unless terminated for cause.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method and agree to pay all fees. Prices may change, but current subscribers are not affected until renewal.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including software, text, graphics, logos, and code ("Materials"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants no ownership rights—only limited use as described.
You may not remove any proprietary notices or create derivative works without our written consent.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Engaging in illegal acts, such as hacking, cracking software, fraud, or distributing malware.
Uploading or transmitting harmful content (e.g., viruses).
Harassing others or interfering with service functionality.
Commercial use without permission.
We may monitor usage to enforce compliance and report violations to authorities.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](link to Privacy Policy), which is incorporated herein by reference. It complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
Our software and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Issues arising from your use, third-party hardware/software, or internet connectivity.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to others, or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease using our software.
You may terminate by stopping use and deleting your account. Sections surviving termination include liability limitations, intellectual property, and governing law.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided except where required by law. Contact us for support.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For Swiss users, Swiss law applies as applicable under the FADP.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Munich, Germany. We encourage informal resolution first—contact us at [email protected].
11. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
